1 Introduction & Acceptance

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain exactly one account on the 476bd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 476bd will merge or close the additional accounts at its discretion, and any Bonus Balances associated with those accounts will be forfeited without compensation.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

4.3 Account Security

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on the 476bd Platform is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are determined by the payment method selected and the Player's account verification status. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals will be processed only to the verified payment method registered on the Player's account. 476bd will not redirect funds to a payment method that differs from the one used for the corresponding deposit unless otherwise expressly approved by the Platform's compliance team. 5.4 Currency

5.5 Source of Funds

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered on the 476bd Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual promotion. These Terms constitute the overarching framework; in the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotion-specific set of terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the Bonus Balance, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, time limit, and maximum bet per round while a wagering requirement is active are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Entitlement

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

A wager is not accepted until it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the 476bd Platform. 476bd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including in cases where a system error has resulted in an incorrect price or odds being displayed, or where a wager is placed in circumstances that the Platform reasonably considers to be unusual or suspicious.

7.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that an incorrect price, line, total, or game outcome is made available as a result of a technical error or human mistake (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), 476bd reserves the right to void any wagers placed at the erroneous price and to return the staked amount to the Player's account. 476bd will not honour winnings derived from a clearly erroneous offer.

7.3 Sports Betting

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 476bd Platform — including but not limited to the 476bd brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 476bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, republished, scraped, reverse-engineered, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 476bd. Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.
